What records can I access?
In La Crosse County, the index of real estate documents recorded beginning
in June 1987, and tract index beginning June 1987. are available.

What equipment do I need?
You need Win98 or better, and MS Explorer version 5.0
or better. A fast processor, modem and large, high-resolution screen are
recommended. You also need Adobe's PDF Acrobat Reader to display
document images and Macromedia's FLASH software.
What are the fees?
You pay
$5.95 for a search by name, legal description, document number, date
range or document type. Each search can
give you up to 200 listings. You can look at the detailed information
about each document free of charge. If you want to view an image, the
cost is 50 cents per page (which includes the cost of printing).
Accounts may be set up with Fidlar software using your major credit
card.
