Section Description:  The Justice Support Services section serves youth and adults involved with the criminal justice system.  Adults are provided screening, assessment, and case management.  Case management may include testing for drugs and alcohol, cognitive-behavioral therapy groups, gender-specific programming, electronic monitoring, employment services, and other services as determined by a validated needs assessment.  Youth involved with the criminal justice system are served under the guidelines and mandates of the Juvenile Justice Code, Chapter 938.  Justice Support Services recognizes juvenile justice includes an obligation to protect the community through expectations of accountability for violations of the law while providing services and interventions to assist youth in developing competencies to live responsibly and productively.
