To be eligible for services from the Delinquency Services Unit, your child must meet jurisdiction established under the Juvenile Code of the Wisconsin Statues.  

1. Committed a delinquent or criminal offense.

2. Violated a civil law or ordinance.

3. Be in need of protection or services, if the youth is habitually truant from school; habitually truant from home (runaway); uncontrollable or AODA issues.

4. Traffic or boating violations (in certain cases).
