The court uses a program called Zoom to conduct remote hearings.  Zoom is free for you to use.  you do not have to download any software to use Zoom.  You will need a web camera and microphone connected to your computer.  If you do not have a microphone and webcam connected to your computer, you can appear by phone.  With your phone you can appear on video or by telephone only.  If you us a computer with a microphone, do not call on a phone.  Using both at the same time will create feedback noise.
