La Crosse County's Smoke-Free Dining Ordinance
The ordinance regulates establishments licensed as restaurants in the
unincorporated areas of La Crosse County. The ordinance is found in
Chapter 11.53 of the La Crosse County Code of Ordinances.
The following types or areas of establishments are exempt from the
ordinance.

Full-service bars where
alcohol sales exceed 50% of sales.

Accessory seating to a full-service bar

A separately ventilated room designated for tobacco
smoking

A private club when not
serving food at a function open to the public

one of the following signs:
