hand washing (one with soapy, hot water and one with clean water for rinsing)
2. Provide hand soap and paper towels to wash

3. Wash hands and change gloves frequently

4. Keep the grounds free of garbage and other
food debris
5. Provide a sanitizer to store wiping cloths
for disinfecting food preparation and serving areas (1 oz. bleach to 4 gallons
of water)
6. Clean counters and tables frequently with
sanitized wiping cloths
7. Use roasters or crock pots with removable
inserts
8. Wash, rinse, and sanitize all equipment at
an approved kitchen
9. Post permit
