PRACTICE SAFE PERSONAL HYGIENE

1. Provide two plastic pails or tubs for hand washing (one with soapy, hot water and one with clean water for rinsing)

2. Provide hand soap and paper towels to wash hands

3. Wash hands and change gloves frequently

4. Wear effective hair restraints at all times (hair nets and hats acceptable)

5. Do not smoke or eat while preparing or serving food

PRACTICE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING

1. Store all food and single service items off the ground

2. Provide single service items for serving all food and drinks

3. Use individually wrapped straws, forks, spoons, etc. or store in dispensers

4. Keep the grounds free of garbage and other food debris

5. Provide a sanitizer to store wiping cloths for disinfecting food preparation and serving areas (1 oz. bleach to 4 gallons of water)

6. Clean counters and tables frequently with sanitized wiping cloths

7. Use roasters or crock pots with removable inserts

8. Wash, rinse, and sanitize all equipment at an approved kitchen

9. Post permit
