INDOOR FOOD STAND

An indoor food stand permit is required for retailers who sell pre-packaged foods or retailers who sell limited amounts of food that do not fall under the licensing requirements of restaurants or retail food establishments. Examples would be snack bars at movie theaters that sell popcorn and beverages, snack bars that sell prepackaged ice cream and bottled beverages, and very small retail businesses that do not sell or process potentially hazardous foods.
