Ethics Board

The Ethics Board shall be composed of 3 members and 2 alternates. The alternates shall substitute for members of the Ethics Board that are absent or unable to attend a meeting or are not eligible for any reason to sit on a case because of conflict of interest. The members and alternates shall be citizens chosen from the private sector who shall not have an affiliation with county government in any capacity. The members and alternates shall be appointed by the Executive Committee with the approval of the County Board.
