Town of Holland Revaluation & Assessment Information

Assessment Letters:

Note that all parcels in the Town of Holland saw a change in assessed values and would have received a letter.  We realize that you may have a bit of “sticker shock” but keep in mind that the average assessment increase was 16%.

See “Assessment Letter” explanation.

 To determine the percentage of change in your assessed value,
use the following formula:
net change in assessment ÷ 2011 total = percentage
using the example below:  $25,900 ÷ $125,800 = 20.6% increase

Open Book:

Open Book

The Assessor is available to answer questions and the assessment roll can be examined by the public.
