Fees for Services - Chemical Health & Justice Sanctions As a participant in the La Crosse County Justice Sanctions program, you may be required to receive certain services for which you will be charged a fee. The following is a list of approximate costs for the services you may receive under this program: Chemical Health Services: Intoxicated Driver Assessment (OWI) $358.00 Assessment Process - based on a sliding fee scale Assessment of Chemical Abuse Issues - based on a sliding fee scale Funding of Treatment Programs - based on a sliding fee scale Justice Sanctions Services: Sentenced ($10.00 per day for any or all)
Bail Monitoring ($5.00 per day each)
Drug & Alcohol Testing $25.00 per month Drug Court Fees $750.00 Batterer’s Intervention Program Assessment $50.00 Scram Unit $15.00 per day $100 Pre-payment may be required prior to installation. Please contact the Justice Sanctions Offices at 789-4895 to discuss any questions you may have.
