Targeted Case Management

La Crosse County has social workers in the Mental Health Recovery Services Section available to assist persons with mental illness to access services in the community.  They will assist with helping individuals find financial resources that they are eligible for such as Social Security, FoodShare, Medical assistance, etc. These social workers can also provide people with a connection to therapists, psychiatrists, vocational services or help them find other services that they may need in the community.

Referrals for services provided in Mental Health Recovery Services are made through the Resource Center
