Mission Statement

The La Crosse County Department of Human Services - Juvenile Justice Unit, in accordance with the Juvenile Justice Code of the Wisconsin, Chapter 938, strives to reduce juvenile delinquency by working with youths and families, holding juveniles accountable, encouraging responsible lifestyles, and by protecting the community’s and victim’s right.
