 CATERERS
A caterer is a person who is responsible for
preparing, serving, furnishing, and delivering preordered meals to
the general public. The caterer is paid per plate or meal. Meals must be
prepared at a premise licensed by the health department. Catering operations
shall meet the applicable requirements of the restaurant code.
