Outdoor Food Stands
An outdoor food stand permit is required for
vendors who sell packaged food that is not perishable (meat, dairy products,
eggs, etc.) or fresh produce on premises other than licensed farmer's market
locations.
Examples of outdoor food stands include trucks
or stands selling fresh produce in the parking lot of a local business.
The vendor must have permission from the property owner to sell products on that
property.
No food processing is allowed at an outdoor food
stand.
